Toyo Glass Machinery celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2019. Initially, the company started out by manufacturing molds for glass bottle production, and went on to manufacture and sell bottle forming machines, packaging machines, and glass bottle inspection machines, as well as import and sell peripheral equipment for glass production. Later, the company expanded its business by manufacturing molds, machines, and inspection machines for plastic containers other than glass, and continues to manufacture and sell molds and equipment for packaging containers in general, up to the present day.
Although the demand for glass bottle molds and production machinery, and plastic container molds is currently on a downward trend, we will continue to develop new peripheral equipment, including cullet sorters, and will also continue to manufacture plastic container molds, in order to continue manufacturing and selling container production equipment that meets the needs of the times.
In modern society, various structural changes are occurring due to the declining birthrate and aging population, environmental issues, and the very structure of the world is changing dramatically and rapidly, with things that we took for granted (things that existed) in front of us disappearing or becoming unusable. Our container-related industry has also been affected to a certain extent, and we believe that responding quickly to these structural changes will lead to the future development of our company.
Now that we have reached our 60th year since our founding, we will continue to respond to changes in society and earn your trust more than ever before, so we will strive to develop human resources, improve production technology, and improve quality to continue for the next 30, no, 60 years, and create products that will please our customers. We also want to take on the challenge of manufacturing equipment in other fields by utilizing the technology we have cultivated so far.
