Message from the President
Toyo Glass Machinery Co., Ltd. reached its 60th anniversary in 2019. Initially, we started with the production of molds for glass bottle production, and we have not only manufactured and sold bottle forming machines, packaging machines, glass bottle inspection machines, but also imported and sold glass production peripherals. After that, we worked on the manufacture of molds for plastic containers other than glass, machines and inspection machines to broaden the scope of our business, and continued to manufacture and sell molds and equipment for packaging containers in general.
Demand for molds for glass bottles, production machines and molds for plastic containers is currently decreasing, but development of new peripheral equipment including cullet sorters will be promoted, and molds for plastic containers will continue to be manufactured. We will continue to manufacture and sell production equipment for containers suited to that era.
In the modern society, various structural changes occur due to the declining birthrate and the aging of the population, environmental problems, etc., and the mechanism itself in the world is rapidly changing rapidly, and things that existed in front of the eyes as usual are common. Have lost or become unusable. We are also affected by the container-related industry to a small extent, and I believe that responding promptly to such structural changes will lead to the future for company development.
Now that we have reached 60 years of establishment, we will also respond to social changes and develop human resources, improve production technology, to continue in the next 30 years or 60 years in order to earn more trust from all than before. We will strive to improve quality and create products that satisfy our customers. In addition, I would like to take on the challenge of manufacturing devices in other fields by making use of the technologies I have cultivated up to now.
