Action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and the Act on Promotion of Women's Advancement

Goals and measures related to the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children
■Purpose:
To create an employment environment where employees can demonstrate their abilities,
balance work and life, and work comfortably.
■Contents:
Among the matters related to the improvement of the employment environment,
we will work on the development of various working conditions that contribute to the review of
working styles.
■Target:
Implement measures to reduce overtime and holiday work,
and aim for an average monthly overtime work of -5% of the actual number in 2021
by the end of the planning period.
■Countermeasures:
(1) Actively utilize NO overtime DAY, paid incentive day, turn-off at 20:00 in the office,
overtime leave allocation system, transfer system, etc.
(2) Regularly report overtime work results every month, share information company-wide,
and make improvements each time.
Goals and measures related to the Act on the Promotion of Women's Advancement
■Purpose:
To increase the number of female employees and create an employment environment
where women can play an active role.
■Contents:
Work on activities related to the recruitment of female workers.
■Target:
Hire one female worker regardless of occupation during the planning period.
■Countermeasures:
(1) Investigate good practices of other companies and conduct interviews with female employees
in the current position to sort out issues.
(2) Explain the points to note when assigning female employees to the job system of the host.
(3) Prepare the equipment necessary for accepting (tools that do not require strength, etc.).
(4) Introduce a system that makes it easier for women to work, such as hourly paid leave.
